This place is great! It seems consistent about food quality and service. Do love their weekly specials that are budget friendly. Their long Island ice tea are delicious. The warm bread and butter are pretty good too. Will be back with entire family.

I came here for dinner with my husband and kids. We got a table really fast and order drinks and an appetizer which was delicious. Then we order two kids meal and two logan steak meals which is 11 oz sirloin steak. One medium and one medium rare They brought us are food and first the steaks they gave us were totally different in thickness and size one was big and thin and then the other one was a good size but so thick. Then my husband steak was the thin one and hes was cooked perfectly and he loved it. I cut into my steak and it was so raw it grossed me out. Anyways mistakes happen they take it back and throw it back on the grill which I really appreciate. Our server comes back and I cut into it again and it looks the the same as the first time. Which is fine not everyone can cook steaks ill just take it home and redo it myself. Now we are packing our food to go and my husband is getting ready to slide half of hes steak into hes box and I see this long peice of hair under hes steak. That was the finale straw for us just really grossed out and honestly do better. Shout out to our server he was amazing and very professional

Overall, I had a good experience at Logan’s Roadhouse. The food tasted great, although it was a little more on the cold side than I would have preferred. That being said, Amber, my server, was hands down five-star service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Great customer service definitely made the visit enjoyable.

I wish I could give zero stars. My recent dinner at Logan Steakhouse was not just bad; it was a masterclass in poor service and mismanagement. The core of our terrible experience was the utterly unacceptable wait time. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive at the table. This wasn't on a busy Saturday night—this was during a standard evening service. Our server offered vague apologies but no tangible updates or manager intervention as the minutes ticked by. The restaurant was not full, making the delay even more inexplicable and frustrating. When the food finally did arrive, it was predictably anticlimactic. My steak, which I had ordered medium-rare, was overcooked and lukewarm, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a significant part of that hour-long wait. Sides were cold and tasted like an afterthought. We left feeling hungry, irritated, and significantly lighter in the wallet. A steakhouse should excel in two things: timely service and quality food. Logan Steakhouse failed spectacularly on both counts. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your evening—go literally anywhere else. We had only been to Logan's a handful of times in the last few years. Mainly because the food was subpar and it kept getting worse. We only went here recently because a family member wanted to go here. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was great! They must have changed the cooks or management or something. Everyone's meal was pretty good. Jose was our server, and he was also great. The only suggestion I have is that they replace the kids' highchairs with new ones that are fully functional. I was given one that wouldn't strap down. I walked over to get another one, and most of them have the exact same plastic broken. I'm glad the food has improved. If you haven't been there in a while, I recommend you try it once again.
